Expected Busy Times

Our busy days can have very high call volumes, usually leading to longer wait times to get on the phone or be scheduled for your tech call. Our busy days are:

● Mondays and Fridays
● Memorial Day Weekend
● The Days Surrounding the Fourth of July
● Labor Day Weekend

Want to avoid the wait?

If you’re planning on going camping during a busy holiday weekend, you can call a couple of days before you go and do a virtual pre-trip check with one of our technicians! They can catch issues early, so you don’t have any surprises on your trip.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • As you can see above, our in-season hours go late into the evening. These operating hours are specifically for our RVFix technicians. So, when you run into a problem with your RV at 9pm, you can call us and get on a tech call to get your repair started (and often, completed) right then and there.

However, if we are unable to fix the problem over the phone, there are certain aspects of your repair that can’t be done within the same hours that our technicians work. Many service centers, mobile technicians, warranty administrators, and parts distributors keep much different hours than we do, and we must work around their schedules when we partner with them to get your repair completed.

For example, most warranty administrators don’t work on the weekends. So, if you call in on a Saturday morning, and we submit your warranty for approval on a repair, it’s unfortunately unlikely that it will get looked at until that next Monday, as we are not allowed to approve them ourselves.

So, while there are speed constraints in the RV service industry, everything we do at RVFix is to speed up the process and coordinate your entire repair to be the fastest it can be.

  • You definitely can. You’ll be able to leave a voicemail and we will call you back when we are open. And if you’d like, in your voicemail you can mention a time you’d prefer to be called back, and we will attempt to reach out to you in that timeframe.
