If all you’re scheduling is a winterization or routine maintenance, then you probably wouldn’t need a video call beforehand, unless you wanted to see how difficult it would be to perform the maintenance on your own to save some money.
However, if you’re scheduling a repair or need a diagnosis, we highly recommend you do an RVFix video call first!
