It’s simple
Your repair, done your way, FASTER!
Here’s how it works
-
The first step to getting your RV fixed fast is contacting RVFix. We have a few methods for you to reach us, but the most common way is by simply calling 844-66-RVFIX (844-667-8349).
Our intake specialist will gather all of the information necessary for us to know how to proceed to help you get your RV fixed in the best way!

RV service is not a one-size-fits-all. Some repairs can easily be performed with us simply walking you through the solution on a video call. In fact, 40% of our tech calls end with the issue being completely resolved, and don’t need any more steps! Because of that, we like to start every repair process with the virtual tech call. If we can’t fix the problem instantly, the tech call provides a lot of additional information that speeds up the rest of your repair.
In the case that your problem isn’t fixed over the video call, you get to choose how we proceed from there! There are three main options to choose from beyond the tech call. We can:
• Send a mobile technician to you
• Schedule you at a partnered service center
• Ship replacement parts directly to you, and guide you through installation through a second tech call -
This is the most fun step!
During your initial video call, we gather pictures, measurements, and part codes. That allows us to order parts and submit warranty approvals right after your call, speeding up your repair time drastically.
Because of the tech call, if you choose to go to a service center or have a mobile technician come to you, your parts will be waiting for you, your warranty will be approved or in progress, and your problems will already be diagnosed, saving you weeks of waiting.
And don’t forget, because of the tech call, you may not even need any extra steps, your problem could get fixed instantly!
The entire RVFix process is designed to get your RV fixed as quickly and accurately as possible. We want to save you both time and money so that you can spend more time camping with your RV and less time waiting at a service center!
Traditional RV service is broken.
The average traditional RV repair takes weeks - sometimes months. Your rig sits in a lot waiting on diagnosis, then on parts, then on warranty approvals, then on technicians. Meanwhile, you miss your trip.
That’s just not right.
You didn’t buy your RV to have it sit on a lot. Every week your RV sits in service is a week of memories that you don’t get back. We started RVFix to fix that.
an rvfix repair is 3x faster than the industry average!
What People Are Saying
“RVFix has an excellent system in order to expedite repairs. Utilizing video technology to conduct the initial assessment was painless and very simple. We did not have to tow the RV anywhere and could do it from our own driveway. Travis, the RV technician, was excellent and able to correct a couple issues over the phone. He was able to take pictures of the items that needed to be repaired and was able to order parts so that when we were scheduled to take the RV in for service, everything was available and could be done in a short time frame. These guys are excellent! Keep up the great work!”
★★★★★
— Clay Adams via Google Reviews“Travis was efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. He was able to identify my issue with the grey water tank and give accurate answers. Plus, he instantly recognized the error codes on my tankless water heater and gave me suggestions on what was causing the errors. My experience was so pleasant that I’m investigating the membership option. Having RV issues while on the road is no fun, but he helped to make my issues disappear!”
★★★★★
— Lori Stanton via Google Reviews“Kevin was wonderful and helped us fix our RV hot water heater and get us back on the road. We called 5 different RV places, and no one would help...we know who to call first next time! We’ll recommend you to all our RVing friends.”

We’re very proud of what we’ve built with RVFix, and we love talking about it, but we also want to be clear about what we don’t do so that you have the correct expectations.

If your tire blows out on the interstate or your truck won’t start, you need immediate roadside support. We don’t dispatch tow trucks or emergency roadside crews. However, we are always happy to help point you in the right direction so you can get the help that you need.

An RVFix membership is not an extended warranty, manufacturer warranty, or insurance policy. Think of RVFix as any traditional service center that will process your warranty during the repair process. We don’t get to decide what’s covered, approve claims, or pay for parts. Our membership provides unlimited access to our services and expedited processing.
During your RVFix video call with a technician, we gather part numbers, photos, measurements, and diagnostic information so warranty approvals can move quicker.
-
Some repairs require specialized tools, heavy component replacement, or expertise that simply cannot be guided over a video call. In those cases, we schedule you at a trusted, partnered service center.
So, while we can't 100% replace traditional service centers, we do everything we can to either keep you out of them or get you in and out as fast as possible.
By diagnosing your issue upfront, ordering parts early, and preparing documentation and submitting warranty approvals early, your RV spends less time waiting in line. Many of our members find that when they do need a shop, their visit is significantly shorter and less frustrating than it would have been without RVFix.

At first glance, RVFix might sound like telehealth, but it goes MUCH further.
Telehealth typically gives you advice and leaves the rest up to you. RVFix is built to actually move your repair forward. When you connect with a technician, you’re not just getting general guidance — you’re getting a real diagnosis, clear next steps, and help identifying exactly what your RV needs.
And it doesn’t stop when the call ends. RVFix helps coordinate parts, service, and solutions so you’re not left figuring it out on your own.
how does pricing work?
Your first call is free. After that, $99 per call, which is about half the cost of one hour of labor at an average service center!
For unlimited calls, you can become an RVFix Member for $39.99/month or $399/year!

Not at all! Many times when we fix a problem on the video call, no tools are even required! And if tools are required, we always walk you through everything step-by-step and adjust based on your comfort level.
And if you don’t want to touch a tool at all, that’s totally okay. We can still gather pictures, help narrow down your diagnosis, and coordinate a mobile tech or service center to make sure everything is prepared to make your repair as fast as possible, saving you time and money without you ever touching a tool.

If you already know what’s wrong, that’s great! By doing a video call with a certified RVFix technician, we can help you confirm the issue is what you think it is and guide you through the best process for fixing the problem quickly.
Or if it’s one of those problems where you know what’s wrong, and you know you can’t fix it from where you are (like a slide-out issue that’s going to need a service center) we’ll help gather pictures and immediately get any parts ordered and warranty approvals submitted so that your RV can get in and out of the service center in days instead of weeks.
RVFix isn’t just for people who don’t know what they’re doing. It’s also for seasoned RVers that want to keep their camper out of a service center.

Most video calls with a technician are scheduled for the same day or next day depending on volume (if you’re close to your RV). Our busy days are Mondays and major camping holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July, so if you call on those days, you may be scheduled slightly further out.
However, if you want to call in and schedule a time for two weeks out, that’s totally fine too. We work with you and your schedule to find a time you can be with your RV! Or, you can click this link and schedule your video call with an RV technician online!

While RVFix does not walk through chassis repairs over video call, we can help get you connected with a qualified professional to help you with anything to do with your chassis, including engine issues.
