RVFix has an excellent system in order to expedite repairs. Utilizing video technology to conduct the initial assessment was painless and very simple. We did not have to tow the RV anywhere and could do it from our own driveway. Travis, the RV technician, was excellent and able to correct a couple issues over the phone. He was able to take pictures of the items that needed to be repaired and was able to order parts so that when we were scheduled to take the RV in for service, everything was available and could be done in a short time frame.
