Which plan is right for you?
We put a lot of work into making our RVFix membership worth the cost by packing it full of benefits, and we truly believe that it is the best value for your money. However, we acknowledge that it isn’t perfect for everyone. That’s why we created our non-member, monthly, annual prepaid, and Season Pass payment options.

If you only plan on calling once or twice a year, don’t have a warranty to process, and do your own inspections and winterizations without help, then you may want to go with the non-member route and just pay on a call-by-call basis as you need us.

A Season Pass gives you unlimited access during the camping season.
If you would prefer to call more often, but you only use your RV in the summer and have it in storage the rest of the year, the Season Pass may be right for you. You’ll have unlimited calls and expedited parts & warranty processing, but only from April 1 to October 30. This’ll save you about $100 annually, which is great if you’re not going to have access to your RV in the winter anyway!

An Annual RVFix Membership gives you unlimited access year-round.
However, if you do run into a problem with your RV that needs to go to a service center, and it takes them over 3 hours to fix the issue, then the upgrade from a season pass to an annual RVFix Membership would pay for itself from the $30/hour off labor benefit alone! Not to mention what you’d save on your parts and mobile fulfillment.
You can save even more if you choose to prepay for your annual membership. The base RVFix membership is a monthly payment of $39.99, which comes out to $479.88 for the full year. If you choose to prepay for your membership, it only costs $399/year, saving you two months’ worth of payments. An RVFix Membership is a full-year commitment, no matter which payment option you choose.

An RVFix membership is an annual commitment. When you become a member, your membership is active for one-year, and is set to renew when that year is complete.
However, there are two ways to pay for your membership. The default option is 12 monthly payments of $39.99 throughout the year of membership. Alternatively, you can choose to prepay for the full year for $399.99, which saves you $79.98 a year!

It really depends on how you use it!
It’s no secret that RV service is expensive. If you go to a service center and all you get is a diagnosis, that’ll cost you $150-$300 on average. Want to then get that diagnosis repaired? Throw on another $300-$600 — and that’s for a simple repair.
That means that if RVFix walks you through just one repair on your own and keeps you out of that service center, you can already save hundreds compared to the annual cost of an RVFix membership. Not to mention the weeks that you saved yourself by not sentencing your RV to RV Jail.
For example, Chris is a real RVFix customer who was in his first year of RVing and was taking advantage of the free one-year RVFix membership he received when he purchased his trailer from Bish’s RV. He called in 22 times during that first year. Some for repairs, some for questions, and some wanting to walk through an upgrade he was making.
In total, he saved hours by calling into RVFix to talk extensively with our certified techs instead of searching the internet for trustworthy information. But even more notably, we estimate that he saved over $2,000* that he would have spent at a service center for the labor hours of repairs and upgrades that he instead did over the phone with us. And that’s not even taking diagnostic fees into consideration.

You can cancel your membership at any time. The membership will then continue until your year runs out, and then it will not renew.
If you choose the monthly payment option, it is still an annual commitment, so if you cancel halfway through, you will still be required to pay the remaining six months to cover the membership cost.
