Last Updated: 3/6/2026These Membership Terms govern participation in the RVFix membership program and the use of RVFix services. By activating, accessing, or using an RVFix membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Goal With RVFix
RVFix was created to make RV ownership easier and less stressful.
Instead of waiting weeks for service appointments or guessing through online advice, RVFix gives RV owners direct access to certified technicians who can help diagnose problems and guide repairs quickly.
Our goal is simple:
• Help RV owners get answers faster
• Reduce unnecessary service visits
• Keep RVs out of “RV Jail”
• Help people spend more time camping
The membership terms on this page exist to clearly explain how the program works and ensure that every member understands the structure of the service.
1. Overview of RVFix Services
RVFix provides RV owners with access to certified RV technicians through remote support, including phone calls, video-based troubleshooting sessions (“Tech Calls”), messaging, and repair coordination services.
RVFix technicians assist members by diagnosing issues, providing repair guidance, identifying replacement parts, and helping coordinate repair solutions such as mobile technicians, service centers, or self-performed repairs.
RVFix is designed to accelerate the RV repair process and provide expert technical guidance, but it does not replace all in-person repair services.
2. Membership Eligibility
RVFix memberships are available to RV owners who activate a membership through RVFix or receive a complimentary membership through an eligible Bish’s RV purchase.
Members must provide accurate contact information and maintain a valid payment method on file in order to activate or maintain a membership.
3. Membership Term
RVFix memberships operate on an annual subscription basis.
Members may choose to pay for the membership either:
• Through 12 monthly installment payments, or
• Through a single annual prepayment
Regardless of payment method, membership represents a one-year commitment.
Membership benefits remain active for the full term unless suspended or terminated under the conditions outlined in these terms.
4. Complimentary Memberships Through Bish’s RV
Customers who purchase an RV from Bish’s RV may receive a complimentary one-year RVFix membership.
Complimentary memberships function the same as standard memberships but do not incur charges during the initial membership period.
At the end of the complimentary term, the membership will automatically renew as a paid subscription unless canceled prior to renewal.
5. Payment Method Requirement
A valid payment method must be placed on file when activating an RVFix membership, including complimentary memberships.
The payment method on file is used for:
• Automatic renewal billing after the membership term
• Monthly installment billing (if selected)
• Any authorized membership-related charges
RVFix does not charge the payment method during the complimentary membership period unless the membership renews into a paid term.
6. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
• Unlimited access to RVFix Tech Calls
• Remote warranty assistance
• Repair coordination services
• Member discounts on parts and accessories
• Discounted labor rates with participating service partners
• Priority scheduling when available
Specific benefits may vary and may be modified or updated by RVFix from time to time.
7. Vehicle (VIN) Association
RVFix memberships are associated with the specific recreational vehicle (VIN) registered during membership activation.
Membership services apply only to the registered RV.
Members may request a transfer of their membership to a different RV if the original RV is sold or permanently transferred.
RVFix may require documentation verifying the sale or transfer of the original RV, such as a bill of sale or registration transfer.
RVFix reserves the right to deny transfer requests if documentation is not provided or if misuse of membership privileges is suspected.
8. Use of Services
Members may contact RVFix for assistance with RV systems including, but not limited to:
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing systems
• Appliances
• Slide-outs and leveling systems
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Routine maintenance questions
RVFix may decline to assist with certain repairs that involve safety risks, specialized equipment, or services that require in-person professional repair.
9. Technical Guidance Disclaimer
RVFix provides technical guidance through remote communication methods, including phone calls, video calls, and messaging.
Members acknowledge that any repair or adjustment performed based on guidance provided by RVFix technicians is performed at the member’s own discretion and risk.
RVFix is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from repairs performed by:
• The member
• Third-party technicians
• Service centers
• Mobile technicians
Members are encouraged to seek professional in-person service for repairs they are not comfortable performing.
10. Third-Party Services
RVFix may recommend or coordinate services with third-party repair providers, including mobile technicians, service centers, or parts suppliers.
RVFix does not control the services provided by these third parties and is not responsible for the quality, performance, or results of third-party services.
11. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
• Provide accurate information about their RV and repair concerns
• Follow safety guidance provided by technicians
• Interact with RVFix staff and technicians with decency and respect
Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of membership.
12. Abuse or Misuse of Services
RVFix reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access in cases of:
• Harassment or abuse toward employees or technicians
• Fraudulent use of membership benefits
• Attempts to share membership benefits across multiple RVs without approval
• Any activity that interferes with the safe or proper operation of RVFix services
13. Chargeback and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid RVFix membership charge may result in suspension of membership access while the dispute is investigated.
RVFix reserves the right to terminate memberships in cases of fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
14. Modifications to Membership Terms
RVFix reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Membership Terms at any time.
Updates may occur due to operational changes, legal requirements, or improvements to RVFix services.
The most current version of these terms will always be available on the RVFix website.
15. Governing Law
These Membership Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
