This Membership Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellation, renewal, and termination of RVFix memberships. By activating or maintaining an RVFix membership, you agree to the terms described below.

Membership Term

RVFix memberships are structured as annual subscriptions.

Members may choose to pay for their annual membership either:

• Through 12 monthly installment payments, or

• Through one annual prepayment

Regardless of the payment method selected, all memberships represent a one-year commitment.

If a member chooses the monthly payment option, they remain responsible for completing the full annual membership term.

Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, RVFix memberships automatically renew for an additional one-year term.

Members who activate their membership — including those receiving a complimentary membership through Bish’s RV — are required to place a valid payment method on file during activation.

At the end of the initial membership term:

• The membership will automatically renew using the payment method on file.

• Members will be billed based on their selected payment option (monthly installments or annual prepayment).

RVFix sends a renewal reminder email approximately thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

Members may cancel their membership at any time before the renewal date to avoid renewal charges.

Complimentary Memberships Provided by Bish’s RV

Customers who receive a complimentary one-year RVFix membership through a purchase at Bish’s RV will not be charged during the free membership period.

If the membership is canceled before the renewal date, no charges will be applied.

If the membership remains active at the end of the complimentary period, the membership will automatically renew into a paid subscription using the payment method on file.

Cancellation Process

Upon receiving a cancellation request, a member of the RVFix team may reach out to confirm the request and gather feedback to help improve the RVFix service experience.

Once cancellation is confirmed:

• The membership will remain active until the end of the current membership term.

• The membership will not renew for the following year.

Refund Policy

RVFix memberships are generally non-refundable once the membership term has begun.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RVFix.

Refunds are typically only considered in situations involving accidental or unintended renewals and are generally not granted for cancellations made after a membership has been actively used.

Failed Payments

If a monthly installment payment cannot be processed using the payment method on file, the member’s access to RVFix services may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.

RVFix reserves the right to restrict or terminate membership access if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Termination by RVFix

RVFix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at its discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

• Abuse of the RVFix service

• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward RVFix employees or technicians

• Fraudulent activity or misuse of membership benefits

If a membership is terminated for these reasons, access to RVFix services may be revoked immediately.

Policy Changes

RVFix reserves the right to modify or update this Membership Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes may be made to reflect operational updates, legal requirements, or improvements to the RVFix membership program.

Any updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution for a valid RVFix membership charge may result in the suspension of membership access while the dispute is investigated.

RVFix reserves the right to terminate membership services if fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity is identified.

Governing Law

This policy and all RVFix membership agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
